We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise end-to-end supply chain and transport operations. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient movement of goods, cost control, and high service delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage daily logistics and transport operations

Oversee fleet management, routing, and delivery schedules

Monitor and control transport and operational costs

Manage relationships with suppliers, transporters, and clients

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

Track performance metrics and implement process improvements

Lead and develop the logistics team

Key Skills:

Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management

Strong understanding of route planning and cost optimisation

Good knowledge of compliance and safety standards

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities
