Maintenance Technician (General Maintenance) (FT Temporary)

LATAVCO (Prime Vendor) needs a Maintenance Technician to start with our higher educational clients (Facilities Services) at the North Houston, TX location close to Tomball, TX. The contract starts as soon as possible and is a Full-Time Temporary contract.

The temporary contract role pay is up to $25.00 per hour on w2. This is onsite shift, Monday to Friday from 7 am CT to 3:30 pm CT with a 30 minutes lunch.

Maintenance Technician

Essential Job Functions

. Any maintenance work at an office building or an Apartment complex is nice to have. Some Electrical, HVAC and/or Light Plumbing experience.

. Adaptive and Flexible as this is a fast pace environment and you must be willing to stop what you are doing to fix an urgent issue.

. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and can handle day-to-day activities.

Required Qualifications:

. High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

. Certifications are nice to have. Ability to obtain a certification if needed in the future.

. Must have valid Texas driver’s license.

. Must be able to Pass a Background Check
