An opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist skilled in X-ray imaging to contribute their expertise within a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract assignment is planned for 13 weeks and is ideal for professionals seeking to work with advanced diagnostic equipment while collaborating with a dedicated medical team.
Schedule/Hours:
5 shifts per week, 8-hour days
Hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm
Specific days will be clarified during the interview process
Qualifications:
Valid, current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Active Ohio Radiologic Technologist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior experience supporting X-ray services in an operating room setting
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
Perform a broad range of X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with surgical and clinical staff to ensure high-quality imaging during operative procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
Operate, calibrate, and maintain X-ray equipment to uphold image quality and safety standards
Adhere to infection control and radiation safety regulations at all times
Support timely workflow and promptly address technical or patient care challenges
