Responsibilities:

Must obtain a solid understanding of classical design principles for use in ecclesiastical, institutional, civic, and cultural project types.

Ability to coordinate complex projects and information with other team members

Assists the Project Architect with the architectural design process from conceptual design through the completion of the project

Completes architectural design drawings

Completes construction drawings

Makes redline changes and revisions to project drawings

Develops presentation graphics used to communicate concepts to clients or for agency approval

Assists the Project Architect in developing presentations to potential clients

Develops alternative solutions to project challenges under the direction of the Project Manager and Project Architect

Attends all required or assigned training sessions

Miscellaneous duties as they may arise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Required), Concentration in Classical design highly recommended

Master's degree in Architecture or other related field (Desired)

Minimum 0-5 years of experience in Architecture, both professional and educational

Skilled in using Revit (1-2 years experience)

Strong hand drawing, watercolor, or other rendering skills

Working towards architectural registration

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

A strong portfolio highlighting student work and any professional experience

Ability to effectively interact with clients and consultants

Ability to problem-solve effectively

Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask

Must possess good time-management skills
