Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: Ohio

Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

This role offers a clear structure for licensed counselors who prefer a predictable schedule. You’ll work with clients managing a range of mental health concerns, helping them build practical coping strategies and long-term progress plans through consistent virtual sessions.

Responsibilities:

Lead scheduled counseling sessions via telehealth platform

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate interventions

Track and document session outcomes

Maintain compliance with clinical and legal standards

Provide guidance and feedback tailored to each client

Collaborate with care teams when necessary

Requirements

Active LPCC license in Ohio

Master’s degree in Counseling or related field

Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to manage a full caseload independently
