Technical Project Manager Level 2 Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and execution of intricate, multi-team projects across Product and Engineering.
Develop clear, actionable plans by translating business priorities into execution strategies.
Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, and facilitate their resolution.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering to ensure focus on top priorities.
Maintain structured plans, track progress, and address blockers to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Project Manager Level 2 Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple teams.
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals such as planning, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and team operating rhythms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
3-7+ years of experience in project or program management roles, with a focus on technical initiatives.
