This role supports the Quality Management System and works directly between the office and production floor.

It is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment, not a desk-only position.Responsibilities

Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)

Perform internal audits and assist with external audits

Support corrective actions and root cause analysis

Maintain quality documentation, records, and reports

Track and report quality data using Excel

Work directly with production on quality issues

Support calibration and record-keeping activities

Assist with supplier quality and customer requirements

Support APQP, PPAP, and IMDS requirements as neededRequirements

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality

Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment

QMS experience (ISO preferred)

Hands-on audit involvement

Experience with corrective actions and root cause

Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and email communication

Ability to work between office and production floorPreferred

Experience with metals (steel, aluminum, stainless)

Supplier quality experience

APQP / PPAP exposure
