Description:

About the Role

Teserac is building neuron™, a unified AI-native platform for data center observability, intelligence, and workflow automation. neuron™ processes real-time telemetry from thousands of sensors, meters, and control systems across heterogeneous data center environments, thereby giving infrastructure owners and operators the visibility to monitor, analyze, automate, and proactively manage power operations with full situational awareness. An embedded AI teammate serves as every operator's always-on co-pilot: detecting anomalies, correlating events, and surfacing recommendations 24/7.

We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that power Teserac's AI-native operational platform.

You will work across the full AI development lifecycle, from prototyping and integration to evaluation, observability, and production support. You will collaborate closely with the existing development team and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI-driven systems that directly impact mission-critical infrastructure.

This is not a research-only role. This is applied AI in production environments.

You enjoy building production AI systems, not just prototypes

You care about evaluation, benchmarking, and system reliability

You think in systems, not just models

You are comfortable working across ambiguity in an early-stage environment

You like shipping quickly and iterating in real-world deployments

You are excited by infrastructure, not just consumer applications
