This is a hands-on role working with server hardware, data erasure, and warehouse-based technology processes.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth as operations continue to expand.

What You’ll Do Perform server rack and stack, teardown, and decommissioning Execute data wiping / erasure (HDDs, SSDs, NAND components) Support hardware testing, imaging, and basic troubleshooting Handle inventory, receiving, and shipping of IT equipment Work across data center floor, warehouse, and clean room environments Follow strict data security and quality control procedures What We’re Looking For Experience in data center, ITAD, or hardware-focused roles preferred Hands-on work with servers, racks, cabling, or computer hardware Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment Strong attention to detail, especially around data security and processes Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with data erasure tools (Blancco or similar) Background in server decommissioning or rack environments Experience in warehouse + technical hybrid roles Exposure to clean room or component-level work (NAND, drives, etc.) Interested in hearing more?
