Lloyd Lawson Insurance Agency is expanding in Meadow Vista, CA and looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to help grow our local Farmers Insurance office.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, youll help individuals and businesses protect what matters most. Youll work with new and existing clients to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

Prospect and follow up with leads through phone, email, and local networking

Conduct insurance consultations and quote personalized coverage options

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency

Learn the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business

Requirements

Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty licenses

Excellent communication, sales, and people skills

Goal-driven, organized, and self-motivated

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
