Help individuals build independence, explore their community, and live fulfilling lives.

Available Shift

Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Consistent and predictable schedule

What You’ll Do (Community Engagement Focus)

Provide one-on-one support in the community

Accompany individuals to activities such as parks, shopping, museums, and social outings

Assist with daily living skills and promote independence

Support individuals in building social and communication skills

Encourage participation in community-based activities

Provide transportation to and from scheduled activities (as needed)

Ensure safety and well-being during outings

Document daily activities, progress, and any concerns

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience as a DSP, caregiver, or similar role preferred (not required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow a structured schedule

Compassionate, dependable, and patient

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
