CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for CNC Machine Operators at a local client in Garland, TX. CNC Machine Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $20.00/hr. based on experience, plus available overtime. In this role, you will play a key role in bringing products to life by operating advanced manufacturing equipment such as laser cutters, thermoforming machines, and press brakes. You’ll be hands-on in setting up, running, and fine-tuning machines to meet production goals while ensuring high-quality results. Requirements:

3+ years of experience operating manufacturing machinery

Hands-on approach with the flexibility to support production needs, including machine operation, layout, and material movement

Experience programming CNC mills and lathes (Haas and Leadwell preferred)

Ability to support machine setups and contribute to improving run time efficiency

Willingness to assist with shop scheduling, including machine allocation and production timing

Openness to learning and programming additional machines with provided training

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
