Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of polished dining management experience
Experience in restaurants generating $4M+ in annual sales
Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
Openness and ability to relocate if needed
Candidates must have restaurant (not exclusively hotel or country club) management backgrounds
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Experience working in high-volume, upscale dining environments
Professional appearance standards (no facial hair; collar-length or shorter hair for men)
Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards for service and quality
