Position: Coffee Machine Crew Refiller
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate/college level
With experience as Service Crew or Related
Must be willing to work on shifting and roving schedule
With readily available requirements
Willing to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Tie workflow to schedule.
Manage all on-site maintenance and uptime of vending machines.
Manage all aspects of the business including:
Inventory of goods in the site
Sales reports
Documentation of endorsements and suggestions
Summary of daily activity
List accurate reports of daily issues
Diagnose basic technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Follow all company procedures.
Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization.
Talk to customers to get their insight about our products.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Be professional and be responsible for his/her attendance.
Report to the Team Lead the issues and concerns in his/her site at least thrice weekly.
