Job Description
Offset Press Operator:
Operate Robi 750 series sheetfed offset press (5-color plus coater).
Execute make-readies: Perform press setup, color matching, registration, to meet production schedules.
Maintain quality control: Monitor color consistency, dot gain, and print quality.
Maximize Efficiency: Maintain optimal run speeds while minimizing waste and downtime.
Troubleshoot & Maintain: Identify mechanical issues, perform minor repairs, and ensure proper preventative maintenance on press.
Document & Report: Log job data accurately, including time, material usage, and quality checks.
Prioritize Safety: Follow safety protocols and manage occasional heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs).
Industry Experience: Operating offset sheetfed presses in high-quality commercial or specialty print environments.
Expertise: Hands-on experience running Ryobi presses.
Color Skills: Proficiency in color calibration, ink management, and branded color reproduction.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
