Requirements: Manage, train, coach, and develop hourly team members through performance evaluations and professional development,Lead recruitment efforts by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations,Monitor kitchen operations closely and address any operational issues promptly and effectively,Create and manage employee schedules, assign daily tasks, and coordinate pre- and post-service activities,Drive sales growth and guest satisfaction while managing food costs, inventory, utilities, and health department compliance,Maintain exceptional food quality through rigorous cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards,Ensure consistent execution of CHARM Service Model by all team members with every guest interaction,Coordinate comprehensive FOH and BOH training programs to keep all staff current on policies and procedures,Supervise food and beverage production according to established recipes and presentation standards,Follow Operations Playbook protocols and utilize digital manager logbook for shift communication,Implement security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests at all times,Conduct weekly inventory management for food, supplies, and liquor to control costs,Maintain compliance with food safety procedures and all local, state, and federal regulations,Oversee equipment maintenance and repair coordination,Execute new product launches, menu rollouts, and company initiatives effectively.
