Draftsman - 1 Yr Experience Wack - Wack, Mandaluyong

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role

Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks

Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Good communication and teamwork skills

Time management and organizational abilities

Knowledge of building codes and construction standards

Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

*Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

- Prepare detail drawings using Sketchup software.

- Update and revise working drawings, Sketchup drawings as needed.

- Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.

- Regular site visits to Pampanga workshop to ensure projects construction and completion are all according to specs/details in working drawings.

- Site visits to existing and potential clients for data gathering, documentation, product inspection, taking measurements, etc.

- Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials according to working drawings and costing estimates.
