Engineering Supervisor - 3 Yrs Experience In Estimate, Bid, Pvc & Wpc

Qualifications:

-Graduate of Civil Engineering with or without licensed

-With 3 years hands on experience in estimates and bid preparation

-With background on ACP and other Architectural finishes like PVC and WPC.

-With technical skill on CAD software

-With strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of engineers on various projects

Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

Collaborate with other departments to align engineering efforts

Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members

Develop and implement process improvements

Manage budgets and timelines for engineering projects

Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance

Prepare and present reports to senior management
