Position Type: Full-Time, Mon - Thurs 5am - 3pm OFF on Fridays!

Midlake Products is seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Precision Assembly Technician. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and producing high-quality work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Assemble metal cabinets and enclosures to specification

Install hardware components including PEMs, nuts, bolts, and fasteners

Read and follow work instructions, prints, and assembly diagrams

Verify proper hardware type, placement, and torque requirements

Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures

Work closely with fabrication and quality teams to ensure consistency

What We're Looking For:

Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical in this role

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools

Ability to read prints or willingness to learn

Strong organizational skills and pride in neat, precise work

Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or metal fabrication preferred (but not required)

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
