We're hiring a Group Reporting Manager, who will own the annual reporting process across multiple entities. Will be the person who makes sure the numbers are right, the deadlines are met, and the local accounting firms have everything they need to do their jobs.
This is a hands-on role. You won't be managing a large team — you'll be doing the work: pulling together general ledgers, preparing initial documentation, coordinating with external accountants, and making sure each entity's annual report gets filed properly and on time.
What you'll actually do
Prepare and coordinate annual reports for multiple group companies across different jurisdictions
Gather and organize general ledgers, trial balances, and supporting documentation ahead of each reporting cycle
Work directly with local accounting firms — send them what they need, answer their questions, chase them when things are late
Prepare initial drafts of financial statements and reporting packages
Keep track of filing deadlines and regulatory requirements for each jurisdiction
Flag issues early when something doesn't look right in the numbers
Maintain clean, organized records so nothing gets lost between reporting periods
What we're looking for
Several years of experience in financial reporting, group accounting, or a similar role that involved managing reports for more than one legal entity
Familiarity with working across multiple jurisdictions — you understand that rules differ from country to country and you know how to navigate that
Comfortable working with external accountants and auditors as your main point of contact
Strong attention to detail and the organizational skills to juggle multiple entities at once
You can work independently and don't need someone checking in on you every day
Strong advantages
Experience with EU tax and reporting frameworks
Background in the crypto or digital assets industry, particularly crypto exchanges
Familiarity with IFRS or local GAAP across European jurisdictions
