Full Stack Developer (Angular/Ruby on Rails) - Remote
Primary Location: Columbus, Ohio
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Full Stack Developer (Angular/Ruby on Rails) - Remote for our premier client in Remote.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must Haves:
Mid- Senior level experience with Angular on the front end
Mid- Senior level experience with Ruby on Rails on the backend
Need some enterprise level experience at other Fortune 500 companies (ideally finance ones).
Job Nice to Haves:
GraphQL
Financial experience.
CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools such as CircleCI, Jenkins, and Docker. UI/UX:
Apply best practices in UI/UX design to enhance user experience and interface aesthetics. Agile Development:
Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. API Testing:
Perform RESTful API testing using tools like Postman, JMeter, or SOAP UI to validate functionality and performance.
Qualifications:
RxJS / Reactive Programming:
Proficiency in reactive programming patterns using RxJS Observables for managing asynchronous data flows in Angular applications.
TypeScript:
Strong TypeScript fundamentals beyond vanilla JavaScript, including interfaces, generics, and strict typing.
Authentication:
Experience with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect authentication and authorization in single-page applications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Angular and RoR in backend, with a focus on high performance and security. Testing:
Implement and execute test cases using RSpec, Cucumber, TestNG, and other testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of applications. API Integration:
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and services, ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and back-end. Front-End Development:
Utilize your expertise in Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Version Control:
Manage code repositories using version control systems like Git, ensuring efficient code collaboration and version management.

Solid experience in Angular and Ruby on Rails.
