Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on ETL development and Salesforce experience to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Salesforce and other systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ETL development and Salesforce.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven expertise in ETL development, including experience with ETL tools and frameworks.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its integration capabilities.

Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.

Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud-based data integration solutions.

Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Experience with data visualization tools.

Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
