CNC Machine Operator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Conduct quality checks to verify precision and compliance
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
CNC Machine Operator Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC machinist with strong milling expertise
Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
High school diploma or equivalent
CNC Machine Operator Preferred Background & Skills
Technical degree in machining or a related field preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
