* Deep understanding of payroll data flows and compliance requirements
* Experience in functional requirements gathering, testing, and support
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage functional requirements for payroll integrations between ADP and Workday
* Design, develop, and test payroll integrations
* Ensure accurate and compliant data flow across systems
* Support payroll operations and troubleshoot integration issues
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and support
* Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices
