We are seeking reliable and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Support Specialists. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, create service requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. This position combines customer support with administrative coordination in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and internal coordination)

Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently

Basic knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, or similar systems)

Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment

Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and calmly

Flexible availability, including shifts and extended hours if required

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or admin support is a plus

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests from clients

Create, track, and assign service tickets to appropriate teams

Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution

Provide clear and accurate information to customers
