Digital Large Format Printer Operator

Location: Madison Heights, MI Shift: 2nd Pay: $18/hr

Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Large Format Printer Operator in Madison Heights. In this role, you will operate large-format printers, maintain equipment, and support production to meet daily output targets. This is a great opportunity to learn a valuable skill and grow with a company long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate large-format printers to meet production quotas

• Perform machine setup, warm-up, and shutdown procedures

• Monitor ink levels, perform basic maintenance, and keep equipment clean

• Coordinate with the Graphics Department for job scheduling

• Organize printing materials to support efficient workflow

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation

• Previous production or printing experience is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stay productive and manage time effectively

• Team player with good communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly

• Must wear safety glasses in the shop at all times
