Job Title: CNC Turning Setup / Operator

Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Primarily 1st Shift (may require flexibility for 2nd Shift based on business needs)

Set up and operate CNC turning machines efficiently CNC Turning/Lathe Centers, Haas CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Lathe

Program, modify, and optimize CNC machine operations G&M Code (read/write/edit), Mastercam, Feeds & Speeds, FANUC, HAAS, Mazak

Machine components to precise specifications and tolerances Tight tolerance parts .0005), Tool & Die, complex short-run setups

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Preventative maintenance, minor troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols GD&T, First Article Inspection, Lean Manufacturing, CPT 4.0 Certified

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Blueprint Reading, GD&T Interpretation, precision measuring tools

Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency Process optimization, short-run job shop production, multi-pallet work cell

Support knowledge sharing and team development Trained new employees at Snap-On Tools

Compensation & Benefits

CNC Operator: $20–$26/hour

CNC Setup (Your level): $24–$28/hour based on experience
