Bunker Operator

Main purpose

The candidate will provide trader support for physical bunkering operations, including scheduling and operations of the TFG bunker fleet and contract execution.

Key responsibilities

Provide end-to-end coordination of the bunker schedule program (purchase & sales) and its execution, including all post-deal trading activities

Manage communications with TFG suppliers, port agents, inspectors, customs, and client management to ensure smooth contract execution

Support scheduling and operations of the TFG bunker fleet, including voyage planning to meet international regulations and vessel performance monitoring

Conduct daily stock progression analysis and blending of marine fuel grades to meet contract specifications and optimize storage assets

Manage vessel clearances for planned operations, ensuring TFG compliance with local customs regulations

Keep all stakeholders updated with the latest operational data and regularly inform team members of schedule changes

Maintain company systems with accurate data in line with company policy, verify supporting documents, and raise queries for inconsistent data

Liaise with key internal TFG departments to confirm alignment on supply requirements

Manage KYC administration

Required qualifications

Strong level of English, oral and written, intermediate or equivalent to B2.

Excellent level of Spanish, oral and written, advanced or equivalent to C2.

Preferred qualifications

Minimun of 2 years of experience workling in similar roles or in a trading and/or logistics company.

Previous experience in the Maritime/Shipping industry is essential.

Experience in vessel operations involving day to day coordination of Shipping scheduling will be an advantage.
