Full-Time $85K–$105K + Bonus Opportunity Established Wellness Practice

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Chiropractor to join our thriving practice in Commack, NY. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about chiropractic care, health, fitness, and helping patients achieve lasting results.

We are looking for a personable, energetic, growth-minded chiropractor who leads by example, values wellness, and enjoys educating patients on healthy living. The ideal candidate is confident in hands-on adjusting, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow personally and professionally with an established team.

Our office cares for a diverse patient base including families (prenatal, pediatric, and geriatric) and wellness patients, athletes and active adults, personal injury / motor vehicle accident cases, and workers’ Compensation patients

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000–$105,000 base salary (based on experience and training) plus bonus opportunity available

• Paid holidays/PTO / Sick time

• Weekly staff adjustments

Schedule:

• Full time (Mon-Friday)

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient consultations, exams, and re-exams

• Create customized treatment plans and wellness care recommendations

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and hands-on care (Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion-Distraction, Activator, Arthrostim, rapid release soft tissue therapy, Graston / Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

• Track patient progress and update care plans at milestones

• Coordinate therapies and services with support staff

• Maintain timely, accurate notes, coding, and clinical documentation

• Assist with insurance authorizations as needed

• Educate patients on posture, movement, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits

• Present in-office wellness talks on a rotating basis

• Participate in occasional community marketing events

Qualifications

• Active New York Chiropractic license

• Experience with personal injury, Workers’ Comp, or wellness care preferred

• Desire to grow long-term with a successful practice
