Key Responsibilities
Animation Finalization
Finalize and quality-check animated assets including GIFs, HTML5 banners, social motion content, cinemagraphs, and video edits
Adapt and resize motion content across multiple platform formats and aspect ratios (Stories, Reels, Feed, YouTube, etc.) while maintaining animation integrity
Export and deliver animated files in the correct formats and specs for each digital platform
Work closely with motion designers to implement revisions and ensure smooth, seamless animation output
Ensure timing, transitions, and motion consistency are accurate across all animated deliverables
Prepare final video files for broadcast, digital, and social — including correct codec, frame rate, resolution, and audio specs
️ Static Finalization
Prepare, adapt, and finalize static assets for multi-channel communications campaigns including social media, digital banners, OOH, press ads, POS, and print collateral
Resize and reformat master artworks across multiple sizes and formats while maintaining layout integrity and brand consistency
Adapt artworks into various language versions (Arabic/English), regional formats, and market-specific requirements
Conduct pre-press checks and prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and resolution
Quality Control
Perform rigorous QC on all outgoing files — both static and motion — checking for accuracy in typography, color, layout, imagery, animation, and brand guidelines
Proofread copy on final artwork in both Arabic and English
Ensure all files are technically compliant with platform, print, or broadcast specifications before delivery
️ File Management & Workflow
Organize and maintain a clean, structured asset library for both static and motion files
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying timelines and deliverable types
Package and deliver final files to printers, vendors, digital platforms, and clients in the correct formats
Collaboration
Partner closely with designers, motion designers, art directors, and account teams to bring creative work to life with precision
Communicate clearly with project managers regarding project timelines, priorities, and any technical flags
Contribute to improving internal finalization workflows for both static and animation pipelines
Requirements
Experience & Education
3 years of proven experience as a Digital Finalizer, Production Artist, or similar role — ideally within an advertising agency or communications environment
Demonstrated experience finalizing both animation and static assets for live campaigns
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, or a related field
Technical Skills — Static
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
Strong knowledge of print production standards: bleed, crop marks, CMYK color profiles, and pre-press preparation
Solid understanding of digital static specs across all major platforms and formats
Technical Skills — Animation & Motion
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for finalizing and adapting motion content
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video finalization and delivery
Knowledge of GIF optimization, HTML5 banners, and video export formats (MP4, MOV, etc.)
Understanding of frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform-specific video specs
Familiarity with Adobe Animate or Lottie/JSON files is a plus
Additional Skills
Experience with Arabic typography and bilingual artwork (Arabic/English) is highly desirable
