Responsibilities
Provide hardware and software support for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Troubleshoot applications, including Microsoft Office.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware.
Support networking tasks (VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP).
Deploy and manage software using SCCM.
Resolve help desk tickets via ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
Manage Active Directory users and permissions.
Support mobile devices and assist with LAN/network projects.
Qualifications
Experience in desktop/IT support with strong customer service skills.
Solid knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP), Meraki, and Windows Server.
Familiarity with GPOs and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desktop virtualization experience is a plus.
