Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Technical Planner (w/m/d) to join our Baden Baden team on a permamnent basis, working Monday-Friday. As a Technical Planner, you will play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations by preparing and managing technical documentation for Vista’s business jet fleet and third-party customers. This role involves close collaboration with internal CAMO, supply chain teams, and external partners to ensure maintenance projects are well-coordinated and executed efficiently. You’ll lead work scopes, prepare and validate work packages, and provide remote support during AOG events. The ideal candidate brings technical training, aviation regulation knowledge, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

Preparation of maintenance and repair documentation for our business jet fleet and occasionally for third-party customers

Communication and cooperation with the internal CAMO as well as external customers

Project lead of the ongoing scope of work in close collaboration with the MX team

Preparation of work packages in close coordination with the Supply Chain Department, manufacturers and suppliers

Documentation, adjustment or approval of work packages together with CAMO

Remote Off-Base support in case of AOG events

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

You have completed technical vocational training and have relevant professional experience, ideally in an aeronautical engineering environment

Basic knowledge about EASA Part-145 / Part-M as well as aviation law regulations

Confident user of MRO-software and the MS-office package

Team and solution-oriented approach to work while keeping a cool head, even in stressful situations

Self-organized, structured and reliable personality with high self-initiative

Fluent communication in written + spoken English, German is a benefit

A big plus: you are already holding a valid ZUP for Germany

Valid driver’s license for cars
