Qualifications

State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.

Certifications BLS (AHA)

Certifications ACLS

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.

EMR EPIC

Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.

Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.

COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted.

Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Willing to obtain allowed.

Travel Contract Must travel at least 75.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.

Requested Time Off Up to 5 days of time off can be requested.
