Qualifications

State License Willing to obtain is allowed.

Certifications BLS (AHA) or BLS (ARC). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).

Certifications NBCOT (OTR)

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Rehabilitation in last 3 years.

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.

Skills Assessment REH skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Proficiency with EMR systems. Competency in delivering outcomes-driven occupational therapy and patient/family education.

COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
