Qualifications

State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.

Certifications ACLS

Certifications BLS (AHA) or BLS (ARC)

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.

Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

References 2 references within the last 2 years.

Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Unitypoint in the past 12 months.

Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Proficient experience in DaVinci robotics. Proficient experience in General Surgery. Proficient experience in Ortho, including Total Joints. Proficiency in EPIC EMR.

COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
