Qualifications

State License License must be in hand at time of application.

Certifications ASHA (CCC-SLP)

Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA)

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.

EMR Must have experience with EMRs.

Skills Assessment GSP skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years.
