Qualifications

State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.

Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Case Management in last 3 years.

EMR Epic

Skills Assessment CMA skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

References 2 Charge RN references within the last 1 year.

Additional Skill Experience in Admitting/Discharging Patient.

Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a traveler employee of this health system in the past 6 months.

Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Acute Care Experience. Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience. Epic charting experience. Acute Hospital experience (Behavioral health experience does not count). Care coordination skills. CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) knowledge. Needs Assessment/Order DME experience. Plan of Care experience

Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
