Qualifications

State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.

Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.

Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.

Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.

Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Experience with cardiac and vasoactive drip titration (Heparin, Insulin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Levophed up to 5 mcg). Skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, blood product administration, CIWA, and drain/tube management. Experience with insulin drips (DKA and non-DKA), continuous bladder irrigation, and chest tube maintenance. Proficiency with Epic EMR.

Travel Contract Local contracts within 100.0 miles not accepted.
