Qualifications

State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.

Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.

Certifications NIHSS. Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS.

Certifications BLS

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.

Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.

Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.

Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or temporary employee of Ascension Health in the past 6 months.

Additional Confirmations I am willing to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) during my assignment, and I understand I will not be able to choose which holiday I will have off.

Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.

Requested Time Off Up to 5 days of time off can be requested.
