Skilled Labor / Carpenter

We are seeking a dependable Carpenter / Skilled Laborer to join our commercial and residential construction team.

This position is ideal for someone with carpentry experience and a broad skill set across multiple trades.

Work includes new construction, renovations, and repairs on both residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities: * Perform rough and finish carpentry work * Assist with and perform tasks across multiple trades, including drywall, painting, flooring, concrete, and minor electrical or plumbing (as permitted) * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders * Frame walls, floors, and roofs * Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and hardware * Demolition, site prep, and material handling * Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site * Work with supervisors, subcontractors, and other crew members to complete projects on schedule Qualifications: * Experience in carpentry and general construction * Ability to work across multiple trades with minimal supervision * Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods * Basic understanding of building codes and job site safety * Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions Preferred (but not required): * Experience in both commercial and residential construction * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification * Ability to lead helpers or apprentices Benefits: * Competitive pay based on experience * Steady, year-round work * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off and holidays (if applicable)
