Position Overview
We are currently hiring French-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support a mobile phone rental service provider in France.
In this role, you will handle inbound customer interactions, assisting users with inquiries related to their mobile phone rental services. You will provide clear, professional, and customer-focused support while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Support (Inbound)
Handle inbound customer support calls
Assist with inquiries related to mobile phone rentals and services
Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication
Resolve customer concerns efficiently
Operations & Documentation
Accurately document customer interactions
Follow internal processes and guidelines
Ensure high-quality service standards
Profile
C2 French and strong English (C1)
Previous customer support experience
Experience handling inbound calls
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Schedule
Monday to Friday
3–4 hours per day
Operating hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (CEST)
Flexibility required within this timeframe
