Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will identify and pursue new customers through research, networking, and proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a trusted consultant and payments expert, delivering tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in HubSpot, providing regular performance updates and forecasts.
Drive revenue growth and new account acquisition by successfully onboarding customers into the product ecosystem.
Engage and qualify inbound leads from web forms and partners, understanding business needs and converting them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on strategy, goals, and customer success initiatives.
Lead negotiations on pricing and terms, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales experience and ongoing engagement.
Identify and pursue new customers through research, networking, and proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling.
Targeted Qualifications
Fluency in French Language, C1/C2 level.
Fluency in English Language, C1 level or higher.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently
Min. 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development, including cold calling and deal closing “Revenue-driven sales role combining inbound + outbound”
Target-driven approach with a consultative sales style.
Strong phone-based sales skills, with confidence in handling objections and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is an advantage
Proven ability to consistently follow up, nurture leads, and drive opportunities to closure
