GIS Technician - Entry Level

This position is full-time in person. No prior work experience required.

Employee referral program The ideal candidate will have the following experience or be willing to learn:

Tasks in other practice areas within the company and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams

Experience with Survey123 and Experience Builder

Use of ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Desktop

Data management including Field Maps, geodatabases, database development, and data analysis tools

GIS mapping, spatial analysis, and data visualization

GPS data collection and integration with GIS systems

Creation and management of shapefiles and spatial datasets

Map creation for reports, exhibits, and presentations

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within the company This opportunity requires:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field License

GISP and/or a desire to obtain certification preferred
