Pipelayer -Lead Tech

ProTech Basement Solutions – Galena, OH

ProTech Basement Solutions is hiring a Pipelayer -Lead Tech to run a small crew installing drainage systems, foundation waterproofing, and structural repairs.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience operating equipment like skid steers or trenchers and leading a small crew on residential job sites. If you take pride in running an efficient job and keeping a crew productive, we want to talk to you.

We specialize in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and drainage solutions, helping homeowners permanently solve water and structural problems.

What You'll Do

• Operate skid steers, trenchers, and other job site equipment

• Install foundation drainage systems for new construction homes

• Install downspout lines and yard drainage systems

• Trench and install underground drainage pipe

• Backfill and grade work areas

• Coordinate daily work with builders and job site supervisors

• Lead a 2–3 person crew on residential job sites

• Maintain job site safety and productivity

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating skid steers, trenchers, or mini excavators

• Experience installing drainage pipe or underground utilities preferred

• Previous crew leadership experience is a plus

• Ability to read job layouts and maintain proper pipe slope

• Strong work ethic and ability to keep a crew productive

• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience in installing site drainage and underground drainlines are strongly preferred.
