Requirements:
• Capacity to understand and be trained on the technical aspects of the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or any Engineering field.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates will not be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities for business ventures in
Southeast Asia and the Americas.
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Find and develop new markets and improve sales performance.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build networks.
• Assist in developing goals for the Key Accounts team and contribute to overall business growth.
