We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support HR programs, training initiatives, and recruitment operations for an on-site position in Orlando, FL, for a 12+ month contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination of onboarding, training logistics, compliance documentation, and HR administrative processes.

The role:
Training & Talent Development Support
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, orientations, and workshops (scheduling, materials, attendance tracking)
Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation processes
Maintain training records and track employee participation and completion
Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and documentation
Support learning management system (LMS) updates and reporting
Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
Support pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screens, and I-9 documentation
Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records in ATS and HRIS systems
Prepare reports and assist with tracking metrics and documentation
Take meeting notes and support HR leadership with administrative follow-up
Compliance & Administrative Support
Ensure documentation aligns with HR policies and recordkeeping guidelines
Assist with audits and compliance reporting as needed
Support process improvement initiatives within HR and Talent Development
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Training Coordination, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience supporting onboarding, training programs, or recruitment coordination
