Description:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC turning and milling machines and related equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and part quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC and related equipment according to work instructions

- Perform basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

- Follow safety and quality procedures diligently

- Maintain coolant and lubricant levels in machines

- Assist with tool changes and machine offsets as needed

- Keep the work area clean and organized to promote efficiency

- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED

- 1+ year of machine operation experience preferred

- Ability to read blueprints and utilize measuring tools effectively

- Basic math and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods

- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks

Work Environment:

- Manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, oils, and moving equipment
