Job Description

Our client is looking for an Amazon Connect Engineer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting AWS-based contact center solutions. This role focuses on Amazon Connect configuration, AWS cloud architecture, automation, and scripting in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions

Build and maintain Contact Flows, CCP, Queues, Routing Profiles

Manage Agent and Agent Hierarchy administration

Develop integrations using AWS Lambda and scripting

Work with S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation

Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Follow ITIL processes using service desk ticketing tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Required Skills (2-3 Years)
