Project Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture requiredMinimum of 5 years of professional experienceLicensed Architect preferred or actively pursuing licensureProficiency in Revit required; experience with Photoshop and 3D visualization tools preferredAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyExperience with all phases of design and construction administration preferredStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance design intent and project constraintsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWorking knowledge of wood-frame construction preferred Role & Responsibilities: This role offers the opportunity to be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early concept through construction administration.

The Project Manager will oversee project delivery, coordinate with consultants, and contribute to construction documentation while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and play a key role in mentoring junior team members.
