Data Research Analyst

Associate Director, Data & Analytics Role Overview Reporting to the Executive Director, this Associate Director will lead analytics initiatives supporting Corporate, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for translating business needs into scalable analytics, predictive models, and governed data solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Execute enterprise data strategy and lead development of scalable analytics solutions aligned with business prioritiesSolution Architecture: Design data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards to enable enterprise and self-service reportingAdvanced Analytics: Deliver predictive modeling, forecasting, and optimization solutions; enable conversational analyticsData Governance & Quality: Implement data quality frameworks, automation, and secure, compliant data accessCollaboration & Delivery: Partner with business and technical teams, lead Agile execution, and mentor junior staffInnovation: Drive adoption of modern analytics tools, best practices, and reusable frameworks QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)10+ years in analytics, data engineering, or advanced analytics (life sciences experience preferred)Strong skills in Python/R, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Experience with cloud data platforms, data modeling, and transformation frameworksExpertise in data governance, quality, and metadata managementProven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Core Competencies Strategic thinking, analytical rigor, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and results orientation.
